Lindsay continuosly has to explain to people that her work is not digitally made. It’s traditional linoprinting done completely by hand. Every single step. She carves the blocks, aligns the typeset, mixes the ink ... and finally ... prints the design layer by layer. She wanted a horizonal video for her website that dove into that idea. Something she could show people rather than continue to explain!
Limitations/Asks: - Short form, 16:9 video for newsletter and website (9:16 frames would be pulled out for social media)
- Showcase the tedious and careful process of printmaking in Lindsay’s studio
